Another First for APT: Asian Series in Cambodia

Not only it is the first Asian Poker Tour (APT) event in Cambodia, but it is also the first international poker event in this South East Asian country. The APT Asian Series Cambodia 2012 is open from November 14th to 20th at the Las Vegas Sun Hotel and Casino in Svay Rieng, Cambodia.

The APT Asian Series Cambodia 2012 will feature the Main Event which has a buy-in of US $1,100. Other events lined-up are the usual APT side events, satellites to the main event and cash games all-week long.

Aside from the main event, one of the highlights is the APT Asia Series Cambodia Charity Event which will aid the local community of Bavet— particularly the Bavet Primary School which will benefit from the add-ons of the charity event. The special side event is scheduled on opening day.

PokerAce and DafaPoker/DafaBet, two of the major sponsors for this Asian Series will also be adding incentives for the winners of various events including the main event. PokerAce will give the Top 8 players in both the Main Event and High Rollers event online series tournament tickets. While DafaPoker/ DafaBet has committed to give a free starting bankroll for those who join the DafaBet Freezout side event.
