Euryd Rivera

In the cutoff with K K, Euryd Rivera just calls a preflop raise from Escano to 1250 and the two go to a flop of 2 J 6.

Escano has hit top pair while holding J 10 and probably feels quite justified in betting another 2500. Rivera tanks and keeps up his deception, before moving all in for 4450. Escano calls and is unable to catch up on the turn 9 and is well and truly defeated on the K river to give Rivera trips.

Escano only just made the Main Event after arriving from Cebu and coming straight from the airport, but he has a lot of work left to do with just 5500 in chips remaining.
