While he entered Day 2 as overall chip leader QingFeng Liao has lost ground to Day 1B big stack Hao Du who has powered into a commanding lead with a stack of over 500,000.

Liao has taken a couple of big hits to his stack as the day has progressed but has brought himself right back into the thick of things when his Pocket Aces held against a fellow tablemate’s A Q to send his unfortunate opponent to the rail and bring his stack back up to the 180,000 mark. While this is less than the 247,400 he began the day with he is still very much in contention.
