Bin Gu

The dust has barely settled over on table 8 and possibly still tilting from the previous hand Yun’an Xu declares himself all-in from UTG+1.

Action folds around to Hao Tian in the small blind who looks visibly pained by the decision he now has to make. Possibly still smarting from losing a pre-flop all-in with A J against the A K of Bin Gu just a few hands prior Tian is understandably gun shy but does eventually find the call.

Tian is pleasantly surprised to find his 10 10 leading Xu’s 3 3. This pleasant feeling doesn’t last long however, and despite Tian keeping the lead on the K Q 2 flop Xu hits his set when the 3 arrives on the turn. With no Ten making an appearance on the river Tian’s stack takes another hit and he drops to 140,000 while Xu claws back his recent loss with interest and moves up to 240,000.
