Malaysian Victor Chong is once again amassing an impressively sized stack after busting out China’s Zuo Wang. Chong opened with a raise to 16,000 from the hijack holding 9♠ 9♣. Wang moved all in from the cutoff for 104,000 and Chong made the call.
When Wang turned over A♠ 9♥ Chong was in good shape to send his opponent to the rail. The board didn’t let him down either, delivering 4♦ Q♣ 6♦ 6♥ 4♠ to oust Wang and stack up Chong to the 550,000-chip mark.
