The latest documentary to focus on the life of a particular Team PokerStars Online member was released today and takes a look at Poland’s Grzegorz “DaWarsaw” Mikielewicz. A camera crew followed Mikielewicz around for three days to get an insight into his life in Warsaw.
“The whole three days were great fun,” Mikielewicz said. “I really liked all the guys from the crew and I was really happy being able to show them my home city. As far as I know they liked it a lot.”
Mikielewicz has been playing at PokerStars since 2004 but flirted with the idea of being a professional ten-pin bowler before he took up online poker full time. He was one of the first professional online pros to come out of Poland and focused on MTTs before turning to sit-and-gos and then concentrating on low-stakes short-handed cash games for the last two years.
While Mikielewicz has had year on year profits grinding online the same can’t be said about his prop betting experiences. Check it all out in the film below:
