Hi Spike! The schedule for the APT Asian Series Goa will feature seven side events with buy-ins ranging from INR 5000 to INR 20,000 that will include the INR 15,000 Head Hunter, “Greed” and Six-handed events. However, the highlight of the tournament will, of course, be the INR 50,000 buy-in Main Event, which kicks off at 4pm on Friday November 11, 2011. We'll release the full event schedule soon, so always check out: http://www.theasianpokertour.com.

Also, add us on Facebook http://www.facebook.com/asianpokertour to get notified as soon as it's announced!

I'm sure APT PR will get on this tomorrow for you but i understand that in most cases you will need to get a connecting flight to Goa from either Delhi (3 hours) or Mumbai (1 hour)....there are not many direct International flights to Goa although i understand that 'in season' there are frequent charter flights from Europe. I only know all this because Poker Portal is now making plans to cover APT Goa with its live reporting from the event.... and I'm hoping to go...our nice chief editor please note.

Thanks for the info Rottweiler.
That's right, there are flights to Goa from several stops in India. You can visit: http://www.mapsofindia.com/flight-schedule/flights-to-goa.html for details on flights from different cities.

Hi A,

APT PR is right!  There are packages that you could win and one of them is the promotion that we're cooking up.  No details on this yet so regularly visit the site for updates. It'll definitely be worth the wait!

Hi,

I had answered the questions of the quiz and entered my Dafa nickname and it said Registration Succesfull.
But I can't see the tournament in the lobby.
How do I verify whether I have received the ticket?

Hi Anshu87,

Tokens are given out after 1 business day.  You may check on your account details, under cashier for the token.

Once you have received the token, you’ll be be able to find the freeroll on the client lobby by following instruction below:

On the left sidebar of the page, Click on the Schedule tab, then press Freerolls.  At the right sidebar, look for the tournament name $3,500 Free Package for APT then double click to open the page.  To complete the registration process, simply click the register button at the bottom of the page.

Please let us know if you still encounter any problem regarding this.

Cheers!
