Great answer and explanation. What I like the best, is the part when I asked you about, "if a penalty should be issued?" and how you mentioned for me to make the announcement. Honestly, if you ever play in any of my events I don't only constantly warn players about the rules. But, I also announce when I do issue a penalty as another friendly reminder.

So the penalty add-on question was kinda a trick question! Glad to know that I was right that you can't issue a penalty right there and then...
